Partnership between Dujua and UNIDAVI

Dujua, in partnership with Unidavi – University for the Development of the Alto Vale do Itajaí, is promoting the MBA postgraduate program in Leadership and Team Building as part of its policy of continuous training and corporate education. The program consists of monthly in-person modules covering essential topics for modern leaders and managers, such as leadership challenges and their impact on business, organizational culture for innovation, team leadership focused on trust, alignment, and purpose, meeting facilitation and effective communication, emotional intelligence, workplace conflict mediation, intrapreneurship and innovation, quality of life in the professional environment, negotiation and decision-making, strategic planning and alignment, performance indicators and action plans, as well as an integrative project focused on company solutions.

With this initiative, Dujua invests in the continuous development of its employees, strengthening skills ranging from communication and interpersonal relationships to high-performance team management and continuous improvement strategies. This training directly contributes to participants’ professional growth and to strengthening the company’s organizational culture through effective learning applied to everyday work.
